Nifield

Terms of Service

Effective July 24, 2026 · Nifield is operated by Andrew Nifield, sole proprietor

The service

Nifield provides an AI phone receptionist: it answers calls to a dedicated phone number for your business, can book appointments on a calendar you connect, and sends you SMS notifications you opt into. AI-generated responses can be imperfect; you are responsible for the business information you configure and for reviewing bookings and summaries.

Plans, minutes & credits

Subscriptions include a monthly bundle of call minutes shared across your businesses. Additional prepaid credit can be purchased and rolls over. When your bundle and credit are exhausted, call answering pauses until you top up or the next billing cycle. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Acceptable use

No unlawful, deceptive, or abusive use. Outbound campaign calls are permitted only to contacts who are existing customers or have consented to be contacted: reminders and notifications to existing customers, follow-up calls to people who submitted their phone number through the customer's own forms or ads, and promotional calls only to contacts who gave prior express written consent to receive marketing calls. Unlawful robocalling, marketing calls without such consent, spam, harassment, and impersonating another business remain prohibited. You are responsible for TCPA and do-not-call compliance for your contact lists, and campaign calls run only during permitted hours. You must have the right to route your business's calls to the service and to record calls where recording disclosure laws apply. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or create risk for the platform.

Liability

The service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for missed calls, imperfect AI responses, or third-party outages (telephony, calendars, hosting).
