Privacy Policy

What we collect

  • Account information — your email address, business name and details, and the mobile phone number you provide for SMS notifications.
  • Call data — when our AI receptionist answers a call for your business, we process and store the call audio recording, transcript, an AI-generated summary, and details the caller volunteers (such as their name, callback number, and appointment preferences).
  • Booking data — appointments created through your connected calendar.
  • Billing data — subscription and payment records. Card details are handled by Stripe and never touch our servers.

How we use it

To operate the service: answering your business calls, sending you SMS notifications you opted into, booking appointments, showing you call history and analytics, and billing your subscription. We do not sell personal data.

SMS messaging

SMS notifications (call summaries and booking notifications) are sent only to account owners who explicitly opt in during setup. Message frequency varies with your call volume. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, except as required to deliver the messages (our SMS carrier, Twilio).

Service providers

We rely on a small set of processors to run the service: Twilio (telephony and SMS), Retell AI and its speech providers (voice calls), Anthropic (AI language processing), Supabase (database hosting), Vercel (web hosting), Stripe (payments), and Cal.com (calendar booking, when you connect it). Each receives only the data required for its function.

Call recording

Calls answered by the AI receptionist may be recorded and transcribed to provide the service (summaries, history, quality). Businesses using the service are responsible for complying with the call-recording disclosure laws applicable to their location and callers.

Retention & deletion

Account and call data is retained while your account is active. Contact us to delete your account and its data; we remove it within 30 days except records we must keep for legal or billing purposes.
